Branch Brook Park – Newark, NJ Cherry Blossoms, Part 2

Hope the week is going well for you all ! I’ve been pretty busy or at least trying to keep myself busy. Here are the part 2 pictures from the Patricia Chambers Cherry Blossoms Grove at Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ. I am proud to be from jersey when you learn that your local county park is the oldest in America. Also, they have the most Cherry Blossoms in this side of the hemisphere, totaling over 4,000. You can even see in the metal tags on each tree. If you’re visiting Northern New Jersey or New York City, come stop by for pictures and a lovely afternoon stroll.

Spring Has Sprung!

I know it has been spring for a couple weeks, but the weather is getting better in the northeast and the buds are budding. haha.

Today’s post is part 1 of my annual Newark’s Cherry Blossom Festival blog post. I enjoy going to the park and checking out the natural blossoming of the Cherry Blossom. Branchbrook Park in Newark, NJ is one of the nations oldest county parks and has an astounding collection of over 4, 000 cherry blossoms.

As the sun sets, enjoy the silhouette and welcome spring.

Cellist in Sound

Hello friends. I’ve been real busy. I have many treats in store for you in the weeks coming. I thought I should some a picture of a professional cellist I know. Her name is Catherine and I’ve known her for a decade and she has been always awesome. Creative, smart, driven and family friends. She is apart of The TAB Trio; they play weddings and events. Check them out. I had the pleasure of taking her pictures in the park for her recital; which was awesome! Got to love some Bach. Bokeh & Bourbon

Hello friends. I managed to take this shot while Having a meal at 27 Mix. Paola served me up some 46 makers. I just love the way the bokeh spreads in the background, while the Makers looks neat in the foreground. So get more courage and try taking pictures whenever you can. You never know what you will get.

 

Park full of Cherry Blossoms Shoot

Last sunday, i had the pleasure of attending the last day of Newark’s Cherry Blossom Festival. A lot of people didn’t know that Newark is amongst the top 5 in Cherry Blossom Festivals around the whole world. Next time i will visit all day and take more pictures. The Gem Project’s Professional Networking Mixer
